3. Purpose and legal basis for data processing
Based on the consent obtained from you, we will process your personal data in order to present you with: our product offers; services; marketing purposes; commercial information, including advertising materials promoting our products; events organised by us; satisfaction survey to evaluate products and services provided by Optidata. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Art. 6 clause 1 lit. a Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation ) hereinafter “GDPR”).

 

4. Data recipients
We will disclose your data to our employees related to the implementation of the processing purposes and entities providing IT services, including those dealing with the operation of IT systems, to whom we have outsourced services related to the processing of personal data consisting in handling the flow from your email and storing your data. These entities are contractually obliged to process data in accordance with our instructions.

 

5. The retention period for personal data
We will keep your data until you withdraw your consent. We will process it only on the basis of your consent or once we determine that the data has been outdated.

 

6. Your rights related to the processing of personal data
You have the following rights related to the processing of personal data:

  • The right to access personal data and receive a copy.
  • The right to request rectification (correction) of personal data.
  • The right to request the deletion of personal data if you think that there are no grounds for us to process your data.
  • The right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data.
  • The right to transfer your personal data, i.e. the right to receive your personal data from us in a structured, commonly used, machine-legible IT format. You can send this data to another data administrator or request that we send the data to another administrator. However, we will only do so if it is technically possible. The right to transfer personal data only applies to the data that we process on the basis of a contract with you or upon your consent.
    You have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body dealing with personal data protection, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
  • The right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data.
  • You have the right to withdraw your consent for the processing of personal data that we process based on your consent, at any given time. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal. 7. Right to object
You have the right to object to the processing of your data for direct marketing when the processing is related to such direct marketing, at any given point in time. If you exercise this right, we will stop processing data for this purpose.

 

8. Voluntary provision of personal data
Providing personal data is completely voluntary, however, failure to do so will make it impossible to send you our commercial information.

 

9. Processing of personal data in an automated manner
As regards the processing of your data, there will be no automated decision making, including profiling.
