We are pleased to announce that we have obtained a certificate confirming the compliance of our Log One system with international GS1 standards, specifically in the handling of GTIN codes and the NATO Stock Number (NSN). It is worth noting that GS1 is an international not-for-profit organization that manages a system of standards developed for the needs of both global and local supply chains. The certification we have obtained is a testament to our delivery of high-quality solutions that meet the highest industry and business requirements, including those for the military sector and the Ministry of National Defense.

Log One is software designed for creating logistics labels. Among the system’s key features are the barcode generator, a universal label editor, a logistics unit database, multi-print capability, and compatibility with existing systems. The certification obtained for our software covers the following trade item identifiers: the Global Trade Item Number (GTIN), the NATO Stock Number (NSN), and the national industry identifier, the Uniform Material Index (JIM) used by the Ministry of National Defense/Polish Armed Forces.

The Log One system provides comprehensive support for military operations through the efficient identification of resources, which have been specified by the Ministry of National Defense and divided into five material groups:

  1. Food products, medicinal products, and medical devices.
  2. Uniform and equipment items.
  3. Combat resources, including ammunition.
  4. MPS products, consumables and construction materials, as well as cleaning supplies.
  5. Other UiSW – armament, military equipment (components, parts for this equipment), miscellaneous.

Thanks to compliance with GS1 standards, the Log One system ensures a high level of security for our clients, which is crucial in the military sector and in managing data accessible only to selected groups of recipients. Furthermore, our procedures fully align with the provisions set by the Ministry of National Defense, which has implemented specific regulations governing the marking of products supplied to the national defense sector. Specifically, we refer to Decision No. 3/MON of the Minister of National Defense dated January 3, 2014, which precisely defines the requirements for barcode marking. Additionally, we also consider the latest updates contained in Decision No. 89/MON of the Minister of National Defense dated September 11, 2023, which introduces significant changes in this area. Meeting these legal requirements allows us to provide the military with a solution that complies with current standards, which is the Log One system.
